王鑫 王鑫教授 海洋创新药物筛选与评价平台项目科学家 邮箱：wx8399@ouc.edu.cn 电话：0532-85906820 中国海洋大学医药学院_ldquo;英才_rdquo;一层次教授、博士生导师；青岛海洋科学与技术国家实验室海洋药物平台研究员、项目科学家。 2004年获复旦大学生物学学士学位、2010年获复旦大学微生物学博士学位。2010年9月_ndash; 2014年4月 美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院博士后；2014年 4月_ndash; 2017年8月 美国克利夫兰医学中心博士后。2017年 9 月作为_ldquo;英才_rdquo;一层次教授加入中国海洋大学医药学院与海洋国家实验室海洋药物平台。 主要研究为包含大部分肿瘤病毒在内的DNA病毒与宿主的相互关系。在首次提出并证明了肿瘤病毒HPV和MCV利用宿主蛋白Brd4进行病毒复制并逃避宿主免疫监控，并提出Brd4与DNA损伤修复相关。这些观点被同行在Nature、PLoS Pathogens等顶级杂志发文认同和讨论。基于该理论，构建了抗HPV药物筛选系统。发现了一种抗肿瘤病毒MCV的多肽。在后期关于DNA病毒和宿主免疫的研究中，发现TRIF蛋白在STING通路中有重要作用，这一发现将改变传统教科书中所阐述的TRIF只在RNA和脂多糖相关的免疫通路中有作用的观点。发表学术论文13篇，被引用超过500次。近五年来，发表学术论文9篇，邀稿2篇。第一作者文章包括：Cell Host _amp; Microbe 一篇（该文在同期Cell Host _amp; Microbe被专家发文评论，并被生物医学核心数据库F1000收录和推荐）；PLoS Pathogens 一篇（被Nature Review Microbiology推荐）；Journal of Virology 两篇。发表Journal of Virology编辑推荐论文一篇。 代表性著作与论文 1.Wang X, Majumdar T, Kessler P, Ozhegov E, Zhang Y, Chattopadhyay S, Barik S and Sen GC, 2016.
