高贝乐 高贝乐,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院百人计划入选者。2003年获得山东大学生物科学学士。2009年获得加拿大麦克马斯特大学生物化学与生物医学博士,研究方向为放线菌和古细菌的比较基因组学。2010-2014年在美国耶鲁大学进行博士后工作,研究重点为病原微生物在宿主内环境的适应机制。2014年起任中国科学院南海海洋研究所责任研究员。 研究领域: 1.海洋特殊环境对微生物基因组进化的影响:基于目前高通量测序技术的发展,从基因组序列上对微生物群体开展研究(包括可培养的和不可培养的),探讨不同特殊环境的微生物群落结构组成和基因构成,包括时间和空间上的演变。此项研究重点探索不同层次个体在群体中所起的作用。   2.海洋微生物适应极端环境的关键基因的筛选以及功能研究:该方向针对可培养的极端环境的特色菌株,通过实验手段筛选对极端环境生存起重要作用的基因。对于筛选出来的目标基因进行代谢路径网络分析,认识细菌为适应极端环境所做的代谢调整。 获奖及荣誉: 2011-2014 耶鲁大学Anna Fuller学者基金   2012 中国科学院人才发展主题活动日海外优秀人才代表   2011 伯杰氏国际系统微生物学学会青年科学家论坛优秀奖   2009 中国国家优秀自费留学生奖学金   2009 麦克马斯特大学Yates奖学金 代表论著: 1.Dragoi AM, Swiss R, Gao B, Agaisse H.
